Poverty Rates
Each country has decided to donate .7% of their income to aid those in poverty. Some have reached this goal. Others are scheduled to reach this goal at a later date. Other countries, including the US, have not reached their goal and are not scheduled to reach it. These “other” countries are democracies, and it is up to the people to stad up for those who suffer. So far, not many people have been taking a stand on this issue.
On the left-hand toolbar you can check out the problems that those in poverty are having, and their death rates. You can see how many people have died of hunger, AIDS, etc, in this hour alone. The pictures are representations, so if you see the same picture twice, it doesn’t matter. Two different people died.
Notice that deaths are concentrated in the Tibetan, Central American and Darfur regions.
